To relieve cold symptoms such as an itchy throat, add half a teaspoon of salt to a glass of warm water and use it to gargle for 30 seconds.
-Eat healthy food
Food intake also plays an important role in preventing flu from getting worse. Eat a healthy, balanced, and varied diet to help keep your immune system strong and more effective at fighting infection.
