4. Fearful Avoidant Attachment

This type of combination of anxious and dismissive avoidant feels like they really want to be loved by their friends or partners, but at the same time they try to avoid it so that it can confuse other people.

Usually people with fearful avoidants have past traumas that are still imprinted and cause internal conflicts with their own minds.
