Meditating once a week can greatly lift up our spirits in these trying times. Don't always work yourself up.

  1. Exercise

Exercising everyday really helps our body to cope with most problems. Like depression, fixing your sleeping routine and much more.

  1. Clean the house!

In the end of the day, it really gets dirty sometimes. Don't forget to clean your house once a week or more. Remember: We're staying in our house!

  1. Learn a new skill

When we're stuck in our homes for quite a long time. We often get bored. So i advise you to learn a new skill. Trust me, you won't regret it.
