Materials:

How to create:
A. Wash the rice and drain the water. Mix together the milk, cream, sugar and saffron in a bowl. Lightly fry cauliflower and cheese in salt water.
B. Lightly fry almonds, raisins, carrots, beans, peas. Now heat white oil and ghee in a pan.
C. Then add bay leaves and whole hot spices. Then add rice. Stir in 2 cups of water. When it boils, add milk mixture and salt, when the water is dry, add it one by one. Shake lightly to see that the rice does not break.
Now spread a little saffron on top and serve Kashmiri polao.
