Everyone's favorite term is the breath of potato in the soup with sour taste. Potato breath is incomparable with hot rice or bread-luchi.Take a look at how to cook this fun dish.
What it takes to make potato breath
Materials:
1. Half a kilo of potatoes.
2. One tablespoon mustard oil.
3. One teaspoon five forks.
4. A cinnamon stick.
5. A bay leaf.
6. Half a teaspoon of sugar.
7. Grate a large onion.
8. One teaspoon of salt.
9. One teaspoon ginger paste.
10. Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
11. One teaspoon of coriander powder.
12. Half a teaspoon of cumin powder.
13. Half a teaspoon of chili powder.
14. Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder.
15. Two tablespoons tomato paste.
16. A handful of coriander leaves to serve.
How to make potato breath:
A. Potatoes should be boiled and left. Heat oil in a large pan and stir in five forks, cinnamon, bay leaves and sugar. Add onion, ginger paste and salt and add tomato paste.
B. In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chilli powder in two tablespoons of water. Stir this mixture of spices in a pan.
C. In fact, boiled potatoes should be given enough water to soak the potatoes. Reduce the heat of the oven a little and sprinkle hot spices on top and cook for 5 minutes.
D. Sprinkle the coriander leaves on top and serve with the mashed potatoes.
