Eunectes

Anacondas are strong Muscular snakes.They belong to genus Eunectes,which means good swimmer. There are reports of them reaching 40,50 and 100 ft. This animal is also the largest reptile by weight. Sexual dimorphism exist in this species with females being larger and longer. Their habitat is tropical rivers and swamps. Anacondas are nocturnal animals.When it comes to hunting they are constricters, meaning that they will tightly wrap themselves around prey to cause ischemia OR to drown prey in water.
