Each of these thousands of ways of moving the muscles in our faces, serve to express and reinforce one of the six basic emotions: anger, disgust, enjoyment, fear, sadness, and surprise.

And the most powerful and profound facial expression of them all? The smile.

Smiling is universally considered to be a way we display joy. It can communicate our internal world to people on the outside, and it can be a welcoming sign to new people.

When we smile, our muscles can send feedback to our faces and help to boost our mood.

It is said that there was A Rich Old man who apparently had nobody in the World

He had become irritable, grumpy and rude due to people's bad behavior and being lonely

One day a poor child who was collecting garbage passed through the old man's house.

When he saw the old man he smiled and greeted him.

The old man who had probably not seen a single smile in years was pleasantly surprised

A drop of this child's smile today had fertilized the old man's barren heart.

He called the kid and asked him the reason for his smile

The child said:

My mother often tells me this saying of The Holy Prophet (PBUH) that:

''You cannot please people with your wealth but your smile and politeness can make them happy.''

The old man was delighted and gave a gift to the child.

And then everyday he child would smile and say Salam to the old man while passing through there and sometimes, would sit with him for a while as well.

Until one day, a lawyer came to the child's house and said:

''The old man has died today............ and has left all his property to the child and has written in his will that its payment has been made in advance through a few smiles.

'Try to make a habit of smiling as per the situation as this is a part of good manners and a Sunnah of The Holy Prophet (PBUH) as well.''

Who knows?

this smile of yours may cause to end someone's despair and grant them a second life.

While holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH) urged to the Muslims about Salaam and smile So! Holy Prophet ﷺ said "Smile in front of your brother is charity" (Ref: Jame Tirmizi, Raqam 1963, Volume 3, Page# 384

''Encouragement to others is something everyone can give. Somebody needs what you have to give. It may not be your money; it may be your time. It may be your listening ear. It may be your arms to encourage. It may be your smile to uplift. Who knows?''
