I had a full year... I collected everything in my soul... tears and smiles... joys and sorrows... successes and failures..., but more than anything, I discovered different people, who were around me... I saw their real faces and met other new people! Everyone offered me something and in turn, I gave as much as I could... from some I received lessons, from others, blessings! I stretched out a hand, both were taken from me and then I looked, the back... I accepted Judas' kiss, with a smile on my face and I didn't say anything, I just suppressed my regrets! I tried to understand, beyond the permissible limit and offer the status of innocence, even though I knew the truth! I took my patience to the highest heights and for every nerve, I gave birth to a smile! I hoped, even when it wasn't possible, and sought to solve every puzzle! I said hurtful words and got more in return! I looked for peace, in silence and found joy, in small things! I withdrew from people and went deep into my world and searched for meaning! I haven't been able to understand the man yet and I'm afraid it will never happen, this!... I continued to move forward, with all the baggage collected in my soul! There were days when I didn't think I could get up, and now, looking at where I am, I'm smiling! The lessons I received helped me to make a selection among people and to believe, with even more conviction, that only quality matters!... And I chose, to understand, that there are people who need me, like air, until one day and not to attach myself to them, so as not to suffer! I'm trying to free my soul, from all the little shadows, in the corners, so that I can make room for others who will come... I don't know what the future holds for me and I don't even want to think too much about it... What can I do change, what can I accept, what can I do, I will see at the right time! Now, I'm glad I am and I felt everything!

In a remote village, on Christmas Eve, a boy went into the forest in search of an oak log to burn in the fireplace, as tradition dictated, on Holy Night. He was delayed longer than he had expected, and when darkness came he could not find his way back home. In addition, a heavy snow began to fall. The boy felt overwhelmed with dread and thought how in the previous months he had been looking forward to that Christmas, and now that it was only a few hours away, there was a possibility that he would never be able to celebrate it. In the forest, now bare of leaves, he saw a tree still green and took shelter under it from the snow. It was a fir tree. He stayed there for hours and, overwhelmed by great fatigue, fell asleep crouched at the feet of the trunk. The fir, excited, lowered its branches until they touched the ground to form a hut to protect the boy from the snow and cold. In the morning he awoke, heard in the distance the voices of the villagers who had gone in search of him, and, coming out of his shelter, was able with great joy to embrace his fellows. Only then did everyone realize the wonderful spectacle that had unfolded before their eyes. The snow that had fallen overnight, settling on the green branches, bent to the ground, had formed tinsel, crystal decorations that, in the sunlight, looked like sparkling lights of unprecedented splendor. In commemoration of this fact, the tree was adopted as the symbol of Christmas, and since then it has been decorated and lighted in all the houses, to reproduce the spectacle that the inhabitants of the little village saw on that distant winter's day.
