True joy comes from relationships. Which are born when people know each other, when they see each other as they are. Friendship between masks does not exist. If you want life to vibrate within you, you must take off the mask. At least with some people. To see you. Just as you are. Imperfect. In need of help. Only when a person helps you and you allow yourself to be helped, a connection is created between you. Help binds us, to ask for it and to give it. Hands outstretched over problems create the web that makes us feel alive. It's normal to be afraid. We all have it. This is exactly where man's power to do good comes from, from the courage to walk alongside fear. Fear of judgment. For shame. 😔 Nothing.
