Bitcoin Cash trading in
Coins Pro are temporary
suspension.
Any open orders of Bitcoin
cash in Coins Pro are
automatically cancelled.
During the downtime, our team will worked to required care of the technicality requirements and monitoring developments so customers don't need to take any specifically actions for this upgrade. we'll also save a record of customer Bitcoin Cash balances in Coins.ph and Coins Pro. Please noted however that incoming transactions which haven't received 12 confirmation counts before the downtime won't be included within the balance snapshot.
If the minority proposal received enough supports after the chained split, Coins.ph would determines if a redemption would be possible, almost like the past Bitcoin SV fork. Please note that the redemption isn't guaranteed and that we recommended moving your Bitcoin Cash balances to an external wallet if you would like to own full control of your funds, additionally because the resulting splits.
