Initial Concepts
Once understood the action process of Political Movements, it is then necessary to add more influencers into the analisis zone, observing the model in a superior dimension. In the Theory of Social Influence by Small Impacts the most relevant figures of influenced are analysed, in: The conjunct comprises Social Movements [action; agent; Social Movement; Initiative], Political Institutions [The State; Political Organizations; NGO’s; Entities], Private Companies [Billionaires; Social Networks; Private Organizations].
From now on influence will be very important to the analysis, therefore influence = J* which is the impact that an action generates in society (a particular) for a determined time frame. Within the logic of the SII, at least one great impact happens each year followed by at least four others. The order of the impacts is not important, being also disconsidered the if the social impact occurred in a consecutive manner or not. The junction of all these impacts in a number of people affected after the occurence determines its big scale, the amount of J* of the inducer(s) of this impact. Being that to have J* there must be action and for having action there must be an idea (specifically to Political Movements, Political Organization, the State, etc.). The idea doesn’t necessarily need to be something simple or complex, just a viewpoint that comes prior.
As already explained, the idea (field) in the scope of agents is classified according to: the basic form of the idea, the variant of the basic form of the idea (there can be more than one variant), which will determine its resultant form, where the individual who made this process will be influenced either positively or negatively. Each time that an idea basis’ resultant which had become a variant is finished having a positive influence from the individual point of view, the agent will have a speculative increase in their potential quantity of J*. In the same manner, everytime an individual enters a resultant which grants him a negative influence with regards to the agent, ideal or final goal of this action, it is speculated an influence loss by this initiative. The absolute quantity count of J* is improbable, leading it to be only a form to speculate about the amount of impact that an action can socially implicate.
In the grand scale we can say that the standard way all actions start is by a set of ideas which are dumped on society by several ways (internet, media, etc.). This set of ideas or suggestions is what initiates the process which has as resultant the quantity of positive or negative influence which we cannot claim for sure, but we can stipulate about. Broadly speaking we can say that the set of resultants is what leads to the possibility of a Political Movement being able to pressure institutions to create laws. Laws can be about prohibition or legalization, as for example in some countries the legalization of abortion (France) or the prohibition of plastic straws (Brazil) have occured.
Political Organizations, the State, are more efficient in the sense that they don’t need to work on an idea for as long as social initiatives. The state simply acts with the creation of goals that will be reached by receiving taxes, private funding, taking into consideration that we are not considering the bureaucratic process. Because of that, in this logic, the State is the most influential organization that can exist, even if it is influenced or pressioned by another initiative, institution, company or country. The state as an agent can determine the sorts of direct impact in society as a whole, most time being, the object of final power from the common initiatives.
Social Media are a branch of private institutions that work in a way similar to social agents, however, whoever manages the social networks obtains an systematic informational force, allowing a different process, a ideological directionism, which works almost as a brainwash. These networks create social targeting during some time, and the individual processes information at the same time that he receives small suggestions. A simple act like the filtering of data from conservatives, or the promotion of multiculturalist content grants the public a direction, allowing them to create information according to this direction or to enter a state of strangeness, making them leave the network. The information production inside these networks also generate J*. However, the kind of impact are not properly controlled by the networks, where by a margin of error, allowed a lot of conservatives, classical liberals and other more right oriented strands, to gain space and influence. This margin of error culminated in the changing of strategy both by the part of the networks themselves as for other agents who noticed this breach. The shift of strategy was outrageous, leading to a total revisal of the terms of service and rules of all the big social media in the whole world!
Some other more influential institutions like the State ran over this process and started to filter contents based in social networks by themselves. Mainly in Brazil, USA and China, there have been several censorship actions, with China being the biggest offender, with the repression of an initiative that started from the basic idea of freedom. Thousands were repressed in Hong Kong where from 2019 to the present day, all movements have been suppressed by the police.
China has increased its influence over Hong Kong, utilizing a national security law which allows total influence of the State over expressing opinions.
Counter Movements and Intelligence Commands
One of the alternatives to those non progressives who wish to stand against all kinds of manipulation is to create Counter Movements and private intelligence groups. Intelligence groups don’t rely on being endorsed by the government, they must be independent like emerging independent media. If I were granted some decision power, I wouldn’t create, nor incentivize militancy groups, by the simple fact of there being more efficient manners of action. If I were granted this power, the first thing to be developed would be autonomous research and development groups without state help, with solid values, objectives and missions,which would endure decades. In a corrupt country like Brazil, the government can’t be expected to do any of this refined work, free of corruption and inefficiency.
One of the most efficient initiatives in this manner is Brasil Paralelo which created a smart team which is capable of debating about the very meaning of intelligence. This private institution/company supplies documentaries, classes, and call kinds of informational content which puts the current progressives agenda in the spotlight with intuitive contestations.
Equating together
There are two ways of acting for opposing this left wing influence process. Aiming at the method’s efficiency, these strategies will serve to oppose any process of manipulation. What is expected is that people who oppose progressivism be allowed to act more efficiently and even reverse the processes created by them.
At first the idea is to face left wing actions that are more influential. For that educated personnel is needed, large fronts cannot be fought only with the basics. That doesn’t mean I’m smarter or more studied than the readers of this text, only that I am able to recognize that you shouldn’t fight in fronts with different scales. That would be the same as an individual who thinks he’s able to win against an equipped army with white guns. It is possible, but it’s improbable. A notion of scale is necessary, like pieces of a chess board. There are no big possibilities of gain if you have small value pieces against higher value pieces. In conditions where both players know how to play, the probability of victory resides in whoever maintains positional and material advantages. Most Chess players abandon their match once they recognize in the middle of the match that their pieces are out of scale for a possibility of victory. Joint strategies work as such.
If leftists can somehow manage to constitute positive influence in society, even with all absurdities, crimes and violence, that means right wingers can also positively influence society, in a honest non violent manner.
As the title of this section suggests, the strategy is to at least keep up with the progressive movement’s practices. Creating conservative movements, conservative organizations, conservative news, which doesn’t mean being “leftists from the other side”, it means being an opposition, it is staying perpetually in the influence question. A lot of people become leftists simply by not having access to other side’s material. Thankfully a lot of initiatives in this sense were founded, it’s already possible to see in Brazil several authentic fronts and movements, even though I particularly strongly believe in the more compromised conservative organizations.
After the increased influence of right wingers in the academic sphere, the next step is to break the process of influence of the progressive actions in all reachable fields.
Several people have already recognized that the creation of a conservative social media or at least a non politicized one would be a sound strategy. However, even for that, some necessary influence is needed in order for people to choose to actually enter this social media, and not just the conservative mass.
The next step would be to make the companies that supply these progressive actions with financial support to realise they could go out because of that. The majority of right wingers indirectly financially support the left by subscribing to services like Netflix and alike. All these companies who make content under the LGBTQ+ prysm and other radical movements should soffer some kind of setback.
Equating Alone
The individual opposition is to live in ways that naturally opposed the left. Most people already live in manners that bother the left even without realizing. Organic opposition is about finding new ways to oppose the left in your own life.
Don’t give money to people who hate you!
Imagine meeting an actor or CEO and sharing him your political opinions and imagine his responses to them. If you can manage to imagine his lips stretching in a sneer or with a speech filled with salivation while he ordains a security guard to take you away, you should really not be giving him money. That doesn’t mean you must lose, but there are ways to stop rewarding the people that hate you. For example, by buying new books, you are supporting that writer and those editors. If you don’t compactuate with the editor, save money and buy used books. It is easy to find the majority of the books you enjoy for free.
The purchasing of new books must be reserved to the writers you support. Look to the writers on our side, like Edward Cline or Peter Grant, or if you like Science Fiction, look to the projects in which Adam Baldwin is involved with, if you really need Stephen King or John Grisham Romances, buy them used. You are not only saving money, you are denying income to the people that hate you.
I know that conservatives don’t like to do that. I don’t like to do that. But the left does it and it works. Observe the politics of the writers, actors and directors that you support. That doesn’t mean necessary to read only those writers that you agree with, but a reasonably acid test is decency.
Decency, for example, means defending basic liberties. People who are on the political left can do that and, when they do, are rewarded for that. When Patrick Stewart said recently that a bakery shouldn’t be forced to write a pro-gay wedding message to in a wedding cake, this was a rejection of the totalitarian normes imposed by the social justice warriors.
People who hate you don’t want you to live in peace. Those we stand against them in a question, even if they are left wing, must obtain some support and a note or tweet explaining why. In the same manner, those who make wrong choices must be informed that, from now on, even if you buy anything that they gain money with, you will do it in a manner they shall not earn any profits. This will make them even angrier than with a direct boycott.
And there is much more you can do to hit the left in their pockets. Use AdBlockers in their websites. Not in conservative ones. You will save time and harm the left. Throw away your progressive magazines and newspapers. Buy small companies and become independent. People were shocked when Walmart turned out leftist. They shouldn’t have! Under the current regime, big corporations will almost inevitably go left wing to align themselves with the opinion-forming authorities. Progressives have become champions of big government. The bigger a company becomes the more it aligns with the system.
We all buy things from Amazon or Walmart, but try to support small local businesses in your community when possible. They make a community in a way that big shops couldn’t and who would crush you once they became a monopoly, both economically but also politically. Observe the big corporation's policies. Avoid “closed communities” created by the hardware sold from Amazon and Apple. Yes, the Kindle and the Iphone are convenient, but you are handing the control of your digital life to two left wing corporations. As bad as they are, Google and Microsoft are a little bit better when it comes to freedom of expression. A good test is to imagine working in a determined company. If you can’t see yourself being tolerated there, maybe you should not spend money with it.
Learn something about the products and brands you consume. If you know a company that shares your values, remember that the next time you go shopping. Choose small producers and stores when possible. Avoid being dependent on megacorporations. When one company becomes big enough, it will be easier to make you bend to the left then to be tolerated. You will see cleaning products become useless garbage in order to please environmentalists. Even if it has not yet been sold, it will eventually. And if you are expecting a company to become a monopoly, you will have a hard time finding alternatives.
Find ways to become independent. Make some things you are used to buying yourself. Or buy and trade with other artisans. These are useful skills in the best moments and we could be heading to the darkest times. Independence threatens the left while making your life better.
Building communities with similar ideas
You don’t need to go to X to find a conservative community. You can build one organically making friends, online and offline, cultivating bonds, sharing and helping other people that share your worldview. Make your own tribe. The left is doing it. Find sound people in your work. If you are in a position of hiring, choose sound people over possible leftists, do it. Be careful, don’t risk yourself or your position, and don’t tell anybody what you are doing, but do it if you can.
A community is more than a Facebook group. Is a support structure and you will need it, if not now, later on. Members of a community help to address each other’s necessities.
Help your friends and neighbours. An hour spent helping someone you know does a lot more than the “penny per day” for starving children in X, which in reality ends up in the pockets of the marketing group. Protect communitary institutions that you have and avoid the hostile ones. Don’t stay in a church or synagogue which has fallen to the left. Find one who fills your needs. If it doesn’t exist, work with other unhappy followers for that to not happen.
The left is trying to break the traditional social structure of the country. One of the best ways to preserve them is by maintaining a family, a religious institution or a society. Protect them, and they shall protect you.
People want to know why they are getting kicked. They don’t want to hear about politics. That comes later. They don’t need big things. The small things are pointing to their aggressors. The community's organizers spend a long time hearing peoples complaints, especially people who no one else listens to anymore, then, slowly, they are pointed to the right way, while making themselves feel stronger.
Concentrate in your family
You can have more influence over your children than on Facebook or Twitter. If you have them, your biggest job in the world is to make sure you have a bigger influence over them than the latest movie or trend. Be part of their lives.
Even if you are in your forties and have become leftists, a lot of people can change their political views in this age. Don’t argue with them. Yelling has never changed one’s opinion of something. Show them that the way you live is better in the long term. If you win there, the left loses a lot. Your big wager is generational. If you lose your children and grandchildren, you’re done.
Break the cycles of Influence
If you have read until here, you already know that the kind of influence of the left is based on simple ideas in order to attract people. If you already know an issue will lead into a progressive view, warn your friends of the path ahead! If you have the opportunity of giving your contrary opinion, do it! This doesn’t need to be done in an aggressive manner, only in a calm tone, but show that you will now bend and shrink into a corner for others to take your space of opinion. Build knowledge, do it like me, create free content. Don’t teach expecting financial gain! Don’t fool others in order to gain money, be honest. Creating content, researchs, translations, will keep the information cycle free which the left wants so much to prohibit
