I can’t help but feel sorry every time I see our neighbor’s dog because he is tied up, the dog has no good shelter when it rains his place is a house structure with no roof yet and I also don’t saw his master checking and spend time to walk with the dog they will only visit their pet when they give the dog something to eat.
