The dish for lunch is already cooked. Good thing that my daughter bought some shrimp when she went shopping the day before yesterday. I was tired of doing laundry so this is what I cooked because it is easy and quick to cook. I just add some salt, garlic and little water and when the color turns orange, it means it's ready to eat. I'm not hungry yet, I just prepared it in case my daughter wants to have lunch, it is ready to serve and will be paired with kimchi and lettuce later.

Perfect with kimchi nga po. With garlic rice 😋 Kape or tea right after 😀
Perfect combo, but I'm not used of drinking coffee or tea after eating but I have a friend used to do it after eating meal.
Ay you should try it po :) It's just like having a cigarette right after you've eaten din po. That's what my smoker friends would say to me :D
