Judging by the new results of a study by the University of Augsburg in Minnesota, men really prefer blondes, considering them younger and healthier than other women. And there are stereotypes, so they believe that they can more easily have a sexual relationship with a blonde.
While blondes are more attractive, those they would rather have sex with are women with darker hair.
Based on photos of different women, male respondents answered questions related to their preferences in love life. Most of them considered blondes more beautiful, younger and healthier than women with darker hair.
They also believe that blondes are "easier to cooperate" and that they will go out on a date with them sooner. However, when it comes to the mother of their children, they preferred brown-haired women.
The results of the same study show that women with long hair look healthier and younger. Women with medium length hair easily establish a relationship with a man.
Why do men prefer blondes?
The answer is evolution! Blond-haired women were considered younger and more fertile than others in ancient times. Unfortunately, due to the exposure of blondes in the media and jokes at their expense for the mother of their children, today they would choose the one with darker hair.
