You need:
250 ml of milk
50 ml of oil
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
25g fresh or 10g dry yeast
450g flour + about 50-100g for sprinkling
Heat 250ml of milk to keep it warm, not hot and not to boil, but to keep it warm, remove from the heat and in a larger bowl in which you will knead the dough, pour warm milk, sugar, yeast and a spoonful of flour. Leave everything for 10min. that a chemical reaction occurs, that is, that the yeast rises.
When the yeast has risen, stir and add to all that oil, and 450g of ivy, knead the dough, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm room for about an hour.
After an hour, depending on what you will bake the pizza in, I get 4 22cm pizzas from this dough, which I usually bake in a round pan, I divide the dough into 4 parts of about 200g and then from those 200g I get exactly 4 22cm pizzas.
Of course, if you bake in a pan or something else bigger or smaller, you divide the dough as you wish. Roll out the divided parts of the dough as circularly as you can with your hands, and then with the help of a rolling pin, continue to develop so that the dough is thin.
Always prick the developed dough with your fingers, not to make holes in the dough, but just to leave fingerprints that way so that it bakes as well as possible.
The pizza should be baked at a temperature of 400 ° -450 ° degrees, very briefly, as this is unacceptable at home, preheat the oven to the highest possible temperature.
If you bake at 300 °, bake for about 5-10 minutes. If you bake at 250 °, bake the pizza for about 15 minutes. Also, if you are baking on a wood stove, set it well to heat up and develop a high temperature and bake for about 10 minutes.
