My baby doesn't want to eat food !

Right . This is a very common complaint from the mothers of infants and toddlers and even from the mothers of school going children.We mothers always keep thinking, how to feed my child enough nutritious food .This becomes the headache and hampers mental peace.
But luckily, my toddler wants to eat food ! He wants food , comes near the food and sit down eagerly to eat .Actually,not luckily. I follow some tips to make him do so . Want to know the tips ? Here they are ...
☆ First of all , you need to make him hungry. When we're full , even the yummiest food can't attract us .Then how the baby will eat foods like rice,oats ,vegetables when they're full or semi full ? So ... After feeding or breast feeding your baby , keep a gap before offering next food. Gap of at least 2-3 hours, or until the baby shows signs of hunger like crying, agitation. When he does this , come up with your food and feed him .
☆ Never force your baby to eat more . By doing this , they will lose interest in eating. At first ,counsel yourself that , even if your baby eats a little amount you'll be satisfied and won't force him . You can again try feeding after half an hour but no forcing. And of course, don't try to feed one food for more than 20-30 minutes.
☆Avoid following the same recipes every day . For example, if you want to feed eggs, then offer boiled , poached eggs alternatively, you can make pancakes, pudding using eggs . You can offer cooked chicken , chicken soup. If your baby doesn't want to eat rice , then offer him bread or potatos.
☆ Once you become a mother,you can't eat alone !Yes, always eat your food with your your baby . Offer him from your plate ,, he'll happily eat ,they like it .
