Brown Sugar
Today I want to write about the brown sugar which is healthier than conventional sugar.
Everyday we are using sugar in making different types of foods. But we don't know about what sugar we are using?Is it healthier or not?
The nutritional value of brown sugar is much higher than that of white sugar on the market.
The sugar we eat in the name of white sugar is actually made using sodium cyclamate, bone charcoal, bone powder, phosphoric acid, de-coloring agent, resin etc.
Although brown sugar contains vitamins, minarels, proteins, enzymes and other beneficial nutrients, white sugar is almost non-existent.
The brown sugar is actually sugarcane sugar. The nutritional value of brown sugar is much higher than that of white sugar on the market. Tea tastes is good flavour when it was made by brown sugar.
Another type of machine-made granulated brown sugar is available in the market at a price of tk 75-80, which tastes similar to white sugar. But what I'm saying is handmade, it tastes a lot like pure molasses.
The biggest thing is its nutritional value is much higher, which is quite beneficial for children. Not as harmful as white sugar. Price is not a fact, those who think about nutritional quality, will be their first choice.
If you have to eat sugar, I suggest all of you to eat brown sugar.
Here are some features:
1.Brown Sugar is the only hand-made sugar in Bangladesh.
2. It is made directly by burning sugarcane juice.
3. It's completely handmade and chemical free.
4. Safe than conventional sugar or white sugar.
5. Sulfur dioxide that is given to whittening white sugar is not present in brown sugar.
6. This sugar is famous for making pitha.
So I suggest everyone to eat brown sugar instead of white sugar for keep good health.
