Hi, in many time window hard drive encrypt in the computers or pc's and laptops. So am telling about to this topic that if the hard drive is encrypt what we should do.
You can recovery the data in two option first is (EFS) hard drive partition and other is decerypt the window hard drive.
Now am telling you to from option one.
If you have a certificate for the encrypted (EFS) hard drive partition, you can access data in the hard drive with ease. Here below are detailed steps about how to decrypt EFS (encrypted) hard drive partition in Windows 10/8/7
First Open Run dialogue (Windows + R keys), type certmgr.msc and hit Enter
Second Open Certificate Manager > Click Personal folder in the left pane
Third Select Action > All Tasks > Import and follow the Certificate Import Wizard
In this way you can easily decrypt the window and store you data.
