First of all, you need to understand the different between SWGB & SWG
SWGB = Swirge token on Binance Smart Chain which will require BNB in binance smart chain (BSC) as a transaction fees.
Note: You can purchase BNB on Binance and withdraw them in to Binance Smart Chain Address in Trustwallet here is the screenshot
SWG = Swirge token on Ethereum Blockchain which will require ETH as a transaction fee.

To convert SWGB into SWG you'll need BNB to pay for transaction fees not more than 0.15-0.20$ so.
It's too much easy just you've to send your SWGB to the contract address given below

Minimum = 10 SWGB not lesser than this
After sending your SWGB in above contract address within a fraction of few seconds you'll receive an equivalent amount of SWG in that same wallet from which you've sent SWGB.
1SWGB = 1SWG
So after receiving SWG you can easily trade that in Uniswap or any exchange in which SWG is listed.
