1. If you can digest milk, consume around 1 litre of it in 2-3 shifts a day (morning and evevning) , with protein supplement like Protinex or Nestle Resource High Protein. Both are great sources, and palatable. ( 25 gm protein )
2. Eat pulses,rajma,chickpeas with chapati.
3. Drink soy milk once a day , natural flavor ( 200ml pacj has 7 gm protein , low calorie ).
4. Try using multi grain flour ( soya,barley,maize).
5. Paneer has 18gm protein/100 gm.
6. Consume a small snack of mixed nuts.
7. Chapati has protein,salads have protein,oatmeal has protein,muesli has protein..read the nutrition data and generate combinations you can eat.
8. Include a whey protein shake ( 75% + protein ) when you have reached a good stage in your regime, I have not started doing that currently though.
9. Peanut butter : High protein content and a great source of good fats
