How I look after my mental health:
π Journalling. I love writing and expressing my feelings. Sometimes I even write in my journal as if Iβm writing a book... no idea why π€£ but maybe itβll come in useful one day?!
πΆ Lots of walks with Dylan.
ππ½ββοΈ The gym. Obviously π... I say it all the time, but itβs like therapy to me. My mind is completely clear.
π§π½ Alone time. Iβm a massive loner and need time on my own to do whatever I fancy. I find if Iβm around people too much I become distracted.
π Reading, podcasts and learning!
π· Limiting how much alcohol I drink.
