Now- a -days, insomnia is a common problem. Due to stressful life style, busy schedule and lack of health maintainance, we are now facing it. So, we should know why it is occured and when it happened and how we get rid of it. Today i try to describe about it.
Insomnia:
Insomnia means habitual sleeplessness or inability to sleep.
When we suspect that we are facing insomnia:
1.Difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep.
2.Exhaustion & fatigue.
3.Tension headache
4. Digestive disturbance
5. Inability to focus in study or work.
6. Dizziness
7. Feel irritate in a every simple work.
Why and when insomnia is happened:
Mental or emotional disturbance.
Break in circadian rhythm, body's biological clock.
Caffeine, nicotine
Bad life style habits.
Hyperthyroidism.
Arthritis.
Sinusitis,asthma.
Parkinson's disease.
Sleep apnea.
Solution of it:
Immediately consult with doctor. Then take measures for respective cause. Counselling for any mental disturbance. Try to avoid caffeine or nicotine, modify life styles and try to relax mind and brain before bed time. Try to spent quality time and make fix routine for sleeping and plan a good life style habit. It is also good if you have a habit of reading books or journals as it is also helpful to get rid of insomnia.
We should always aware of it because insomnia effects not only mentally but also physically. So, never try to avoid it or take it lightly. It is very harmful for everyone. So you should lead a stress free and healthy life to get relief from insomnia. You get a healthy , cheerful morning afterthat.
