Fruits play an important role in our immune system as a booster and cleanser as well.
Banana is one of the fruits that is rich in minerals needed by our body. If you have lots of bananas at home and are now over ripe, you can actually transform them into a dessert.
Today, I am sharing with you a recipe on how to prepare banana cake.
4 or more mashed over ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon powder or less
Crushed walnuts or peanuts
Note: ingredients depends or varies on how much bananas you will use.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, cooking oil, then stir.
Next, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, stir.
Put in vanilla extract and cinnamon powder then stir until the ingredients are incorporated completely.
In a baking pan, brush it with oil or margarine, and put the tissues on the sides.
Then, add crushed walnuts or peanuts. Pour in the banana mixture.
Preheat the oven.
Cook the banana mixture at 130 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Transfer in a plate. Serve.
