The world we live in is constantly changing and evolving, and with that evolution comes a change to how technology will be used. With every new development, there come new opportunities for growth but also new challenges.
The only question is whether we'll be able to overcome them before they bring the world we know and love to an end.
So, what's going to happen in the future?
I'm not a fortune teller so let's just say that everything will change in ways we can't even imagine.
With all of this change comes some great new innovation but also lots of trouble for those who are unprepared to deal with it. Let's start off with self-driving cars. At first glance, these things have the potential to help reduce traffic accidents by 90% or more, but they'll also make people who drive for a living a lot less necessary than they are now.
This isn't necessarily bad at first glance since safer roads mean fewer deaths and injuries overall, which is definitely something to celebrate.
However, you start thinking about things like what will happen to all the people that drive as a career and you start questioning whether it really is such a good idea after all.
Sure, they'll be able to get jobs in other fields but what about those who only know how to drive. How do we keep them living comfortably without taking away from someone else's ability to do the same?
There hasn't been much talk about this yet so hopefully, our leaders are already working out an answer because if they aren't then this could end up causing some serious problems down the road.
Is there a bright side to this?
Well, I suppose there is since self-driving cars can also reduce traffic jams. In the future, it is possible for self-driving cars to be able to communicate with other cars or may even have their own satellite to detect which road has traffic. (am just imagine )
This could potentially lead to people saving a lot more time since they won't have to sit in traffic.
If you think about it, driving jams are one of the biggest reasons that we end up stuck at work when we wanted to leave early or spend some time with friends and family. Now that all of that might change, I guess there's at least something positive to come out of self-driving cars after all.
Artificial intelligence
Another technology on the rise is artificial intelligence. Sure this has been around for a while now but things like thinking robots, voice-activated systems, and AI software are becoming common. It makes life easier in ways we never thought possible so what's not to love.
However, if you really go deep into all this, you can see that there are some potentially serious issues if we don't do something about it.
The first challenge is the whole thing where a robot or AI program has a malfunction and ends up destroying all life on Earth. I mean sure, this hasn't happened yet but even being able to think of such a scenario means that there's clearly room for improvement with these things.
If they're going to be around us then shouldn't we have better safeguards in place?
I know safety comes first because humans need to be protected from any possible threat, but how far should we allow an AI system to go before we pull the plug.
And what happens when one nation develops some kind of super-AI while another doesn't. Is this going to cause a new world war?
We need to be able to handle these questions before they become real problems because if we don't then we run the risk of having our whole existence wiped out without even knowing it or having any input on the matter.
What should we do about this?
First of all, AI needs to have some kind of human defense system in place that stops it from harming humans at all costs. This is 100% necessary and I can't imagine anything else happening otherwise.
The idea might be slightly farfetched but haven't you seen movies like Terminator where robots take over and try to wipe us out like cockroaches. What if something like that really happened someday? And If that's what could happen, isn't it worth a few extra safeguards to prevent it from happening?
And even if the threat isn't that extreme, at least we could still avoid things like robots killing us in our sleep or something. I know people have done bad things before but wouldn't it be nice to feel absolutely certain that AI will never hurt us?
Let's not take any chances, let's think of ways to protect ourselves now.
No matter how you look at it, the world is changing and new technologies are making an impact every day. This makes me wonder what the future has in store for us since disruptive inventions like these might affect our lives more than we ever imagined possible.
End Game = Einstein
We need to be careful that we don't rush into anything without thinking about how much this could change everything as a whole.
The only way we can do this is by being open and honest with each other when something comes up that has potential problems.
Because if there is one thing I've learned from reading and watch sci-fi movies and books it's that communication is key.
Thanks for reading! Cheers

Movies and music video clips are made for a reason and not only to entertain us. That's for sure. They have messages to us as well. I am glad you mentioned Terminator. It is a good example for future robots I only hope they will not to be produced as killing machines. What about movies about viruses for example. There you go.
I came across an interesting YouTube channel. One of the videos suggests, that human beings will change in the far future to be able to cope with technology. Like longer fingers for example and even some of our organs will no longer be needed to be able to survive. Scary!
