This scenario was applicable before the pandemic came, where in the school face to face classes is still practice not like now that it's a modular modality of learning. But very soon maybe face to face classes will reasume but there is no fixed date yet.

When no homework policy implemented, there are many questions that came up in our minds, like; we do really need homework? How important it is in our study?, Sometimes questions give us puzzled and some question is hard to find an answer.

Homework is always part of our studies, through it many lessons can add to our knowledge and the teacher give us assignments because of their limited time and there are lot of students inside the classroom and we cannot cope up all the topics that they implanted to us.

We cannot deny the fact that assignment gives big impact in our studies, it is our way of filling our mistakes we do inside the classroom, it gives us the chance to prove our wrong, it is like finding the meaning of the missing words and when you find it, it will increase your knowledge.

But many people in our community even our parents and we student as well still asking if it is necessary to have an assignment in our home? How important it is? And in what way it is helpful to us students.

There are many pros and cons opinions came in the community about this. Some agree and some are not. In my opinion, I am not in favor of this "no home work policy" because of some reasons,

1. It improves the mind and memory of a student.

1. It provides a positive approach in learning

2. It prepares the students to be responsible in learning.

Through assignments the mind of students improves specially in the fields of writing, reading and research in many particular topics.

As a student, it is our duty to do whatever our teacher ask us to do if it will be for our own good. A good student will do everything to learn and not to complain, must obey the rules and be obedient.

Some of student were agree to the "no homework policy" because they cannot do whatever they want in their home, like playing. Assignment for them is a stealing of time that instead of playing after school they were not able to do it because they have to answer their assignment first, they think that they are not belong to the normal kid coz they can not do what they want.

Final thougths

In my part, agreeing to the policy is simple but my heart don't want to agree with it, if teacher won't give homework student will focus on their gadgets because they have nothing to worry about.

Therefore, let's put in mind that there are great advantages in homework. Homework is not the hindrance to have a quality time with the family, playing time and even thinking of not a normal kid. If you know how to manage your time you can make it all. But we need to obey of this policy the "NO HOMEWORK POLICY" because it already signed and they know what is good for us students. Let's just be thankful that even if this is happening now in the past year of our studies we experienced bringing home our unfinished work.

Above all of this, let us be thankful that we have a family that supports us in anyway, we should make them proud in our achievements even though we cannot be able to bring ribbons, medals and any awards. Be a good son/daughter to them because not all children have their parents by their side to love, care and support them. Do not be their shoulder burden in that way you can repay their sacrifices for doing their best just to support us.

No home work or there is, we should give everything on it so that our family will proud of us.
