A lot of people has no self-motivation. It is the drive to boost yourself to move and accelerate. It helps us to achieve our goals even its hard and has lots of challenges.
Now let's discuss 3 things to be motivated and achieved big goals in our life. Let's go!
1. Learn new things.
Maybe some of us hate cooking. We just love eating. 😂 But to boost our self-motivation, we need to learn atleast one new skill. And we can start by learning how to cook in our own kitchen. You can start by searching for a menu of your favorite food. Try to make it and who knows. It can be your start to motivate yourself that you can cook and maybe you will love the kitchen soon.
2. Stay happy and be positive.
Another way to help us motivate is our sense of happiness. We might face challenges and problems.. But making ourself laugh, or trying to laugh out loud can be a good start to refresh ourself and face the new challenges.
3. Set a goal.
Everyday.. Let's think of a goal, try to use our cps or our cellphones to make a list of whatever plan we need to achieve on that day. By doing so, you can see if you can make your day productive and help yourself to be more motivated to achieve big plans on the next day.
So, that's just the 3 things that I can share for now 'coz we only have short time to discuss. 😅
