Everyone knows that a pimple is a small inflamed elevation of the skin. It is a part of acne, and can happen at any age. But the question is.. How can we remove pimples? There are lots of choices on the internet, especially on google and youtube. But today, I will share some of my research and find it effective based on my experience..
1. Baking soda - it's effective on my part. So I'll teach you how to use it. To do this, you can make a paste by mixing 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a little water. Apply it to pimples and leave it for 20 mins. Then wash it off.
2. Change your pillow cases at least once a week and wash the actual pillow every 3 months. By doing so, you can avoid facial oils, skin cells, and hair products to accumulate on your unwashed pillows.
Lastly..
3. Drink water - it helps in getting rid of dead skin cells and fight bacteria which can be a cause for acne. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and add it more if the weather is hot.
But whatever tips or suggestions you do with your pimples, NEVER EVER try to pop it. It may seem tempting, but squeezing or popping your pimples can push the bacteria deeper into the skin. And might cause more swelling and redness.
