Spirits From The Past

In the asylum, every room has it's moments, From present deaths to the past.

Deep, dark hallways that dim down pretty fast.

Every door has it's number, and a small window to look through.

Old ghosts appear along with the new.

There have been many weird happenings, in the basement.

That's where they put the real sick patients, when they are dying, that is where they are sent.

They get pricked and poked with needles the size of their forearms.

This is supposed to comatose them, and keep them from harm.

Every Halloween night, deaths seemed to occur more.

The voices chant " Don't open the door."

The people that work there, Never last more then a year.

Once Halloween appears, Out comes the fear.

Patients have seen their dolls move off their own beds.

Or stand up and fall to the floor, playing dead.

Some say it could just be the voices in their head.

T.v.'s flick off and on.

Objects in the room, move around and never appear where they belong.

All this happens on Halloween night.

Many who have experienced it, say " what a fright."

On the staircase, We're demons to face.

Not much of an embrace.

You see them walking down the stairs.

Standing on the edge, for another scare.

The nurses come at you with a bloodied knife.

Watch out for your life!

I promise you, this will be one scary ride.

In the bathroom are patients, that are not scared to die.

Hung themselves and are not afraid to say " goodbye."

All.the patients are let out of their rooms.

Some stink bad, who never groom.

Rotted teeth, from all the years of abuse.

These are the weak ones that the spirits seem to use.

All this happens on Halloween night.

Another victim for their tests.

Inside this place, everyone is free.

We will be chased til our fears come our.

This is what Halloween is about.

This haunted asylum, brings out your fears.

It will make your heart race, or bring you to tears.

Once you enter, you cannot leave.

Don't think your safe, hold your breath and don't ever let them hear you breathe.

There are eyes on every corner of the walls.

Watch your step, before they make you fall.

They run like zombies, looking for a better brain.

They will eat at your conscience, because these are the criminally insane.

Inside of each part is a spirit, a signed for you and me.

Never underestimate the evil all around.

It's a miracle, that no demons were found.

Chased across the alley way from zombies out of nowhere.

In the eyes of the frightened, come a zombie stare.

Inside the asylum sounds are deathifying.

One bite of the brain, would make the hungry wolves sing.

A woman creeping up in her straight jacket, lost in life with a mind full of hate.

Hands creeping out of the small window, thinking that the time is to late.

Another patient locked in a cage, awaiting on some miracle to happen in it's dying age.

Spirits all over the asylum counting down their last days of rage.

All this happens on Halloween night.
