Stress is feeling distrub emotinally and physically the human body,mostlty its comes from when any event we feel uncomfortable,angry,frustrated ,budden on nervous system.when stress came our body react and show diffrent sign like headches,high blood pressure ,dizziness ,and also muscle tension .stress is create lot of medically and physciology and other issue face.some important points release the stress like,exercise ,music,laugh,writing,book reading,and start any activity release the stress and panic situation.its my first writing.
