Before exam sometimes it's quite normal being stressed out if it's continue days after days than this is not normal and again another thing to mention we shouldn't be stressed out about exam.That doesn't do any good I also have the same habit.You shouldn't spent owl night why not try to study more organized way?Not keeping everything before the exam night can be a best strategy.Best of luck dear friend.Hope everything will be okay.❤️
