Why is it harmful to urinate standing up? What does science say?
The most serious harm that can be done to men by urinating while standing in medical research:
(1) There is no pressure on the abdomen when standing and urinating. As a result, polluted air cannot escape. Rather it goes upwards. As a result, instability increases, blood pressure increases, heart rate increases, hiccups come again and again through the esophagus.
(2) When urinating standing up, the urinary bladder becomes narrower and longer, so that the contaminants in the urine accumulate under the bladder. However, if you urinate while sitting, there is pressure on the urinary bladder so that the contaminants are easily expelled.
(3) If you urinate standing up, kidney stones are easily formed.
(4) If you urinate standing for a long time, the speed of urination decreases.
(5) Those who urinate regularly must have diabetes, jaundice and kidney disease in their last life.
(7) When standing and urinating, the sexual energy of the man decreases and the penis becomes soft and hard and does not want to be straight and hard easily. Although it is hard during arousal, after a while it becomes small and soft again without anything coming out.
(7) Standing up to urinate pollutes the environment. That polluted air enters our body and causes various complex diseases.
(6) When he urinates standing up, his spray gets on his body and clothes and as a result it causes bad smell.
Health science says that in order to get rid of the above physical problems, we must sit down and urinate.
But the greatest health scientist, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade standing and urinating fourteen hundred years ago and ordered us to sit and urinate.
Omar (RA) said: One day the Prophet (SAW) saw me standing up and urinating and said, "O Omar, you will never stand up and urinate." I never stood up and urinated again. " (Tirmidhi Hadith / 12)
