Love Day 2019

Valentine's day is just around the corner and people have been very busy setting dates and thinking of a perfect give for their partners. There are couples who love to spend the day in a very special way. Some men go extra in their effort to please the ladies. There are also couple who loves to stay in and celebrate in a very practical manner.

Which one do you prefer? Do you expect your man to be a little sweeter on that day? Are you waiting for surprises? Or are you used to not receiving any? Whatever situation it is that is applied to you, whether you like to receive something, you should communicate because some men aren't that sensitive, some of them aren't that thoughtful or maybe their love language is not giving gifts. So, for you to not be heartbroken this love day, communicate to your partner. Go, tell him what you want and what you expect. Don't just sit around the corner with a heavy heart and holding a grudge because your partner have not extended effort on the very day.

Anyway, that is just what I have learned from watching Mommy Julie's video on Facebook. You can take it or leave it. The decision is still yours. Meanwhile, I will share how I spent Valentine's Day with my roommates from college. This happened on the year 2019. We are still clueless about the virus around this time.

The three ladies in the middle got boyfriends during this time but they chose to spend the day with us. Probably, they have set different date and time for their lovers. Chilling in the boarding house seemed to be boring that day so we thought of going out. I remember it was already afternoon when we decided to finally leave the room.

This place is called La Caridad Farm, it was one of the any dating sites of couples during those time because the place is serene and fresh. You can see different kinds of animals and you can feed the rabbits too.

There were few couples during this day and we loved to annoy them. Some of them want to be alone in a certain area and we would intentionally head on to the area near them to take pictures and they would end up moving to another spot. lol.

There are cottages too and they also offer foods but we didn't order anything, I remember. Because one of the girls in the picture prepared pasta for her boyfriend and so we are blessed to eat the leftovers. lol. Also, the boyfriend brought some pizza at the boarding house that time good for five people. So, I guess he is dating five of us. Charot.

We had fun that time. We wore pink shirts because most of us have no red shirts so we opted to wear pink instead as it was the common and available shirt colors on our drawers. Yeah, we're jeje. People around us look at us becaus we seemed to escape from a seminar.

Thanks for reading friends. That is how my love day went on 2019. I wonder what happened on 2020 and 2021 but I remember the pandemic took our chance to celebrate a lot of celebrations.

I heard about pandemic turning into endemic. It is a favorable news for us that maybe some time this year, we can loosen up a bit and celebrate a little.
