Leaving alone those other mainstream reasons you have heard people talk about in the last few decades, there are other major reasons that make people exercise frequently. Keeping fit is always the best answer because being fit encompasses a lot of things to do with a wonderful health of the body including the mind and the physical body. For example beating and old friend in the 50 - 100 pushups could give you a sense of accomplishment hence making you feel good and accomplished. Besides that, there are so many other reasons why people engage in exercise both for the short term and the long term with all group ages inclusive. Teens forexample are supposed to engage in daily 60 minutes or more of vigorous exercises. This will help the body to create chemicals that make a person feel good for example a good exercises can make people sleep better. It can also take away mild depressions and and low self-esteem.
