Hope you all do well ۔ This morning when I went for the walk I saw some flowers there and photographed them , One of them was sunflower . I edited it and thought share it with you guys, hope you like it .
Sunflower seeds are a source of B complex vitamin which are good for our nervous system.
They are also used for garnishing and are eaten as Salad.
The beauty of nature is from these flowers and these flowers are the best for a relaxing brain, due to which the beauty of this nature is increasing and the yellow color always refreshes the human and makes the person feel relaxed. ۔
