Hello,everyone.Hope you are well.l am fine.Today, I am talking about Depression.In the current world,Depression is the most panic topic.Most people in the world currently suffer from depression.

#What is depression?

-Depression is a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is different from the mood fluctuations that people regularly experience as a part of life.

#What Are the Main Causes of Depression?

  • Abuse.

  • Certain medications.

  • Conflict.

  • Death or a loss.

Always try to go out more. It helps a lot. Explore your immediate environment, travel if you have time and can afford it. You are bound to see things a little differently. Its either you find more things to live for or you realize things are not so bad after all
