Disheveled Lady Parts Fuchsia Flower

have no idea what plant this is. Any of you horticulturalists have a clue? I couldn't find it on the Missouri Conservation website. These flowers are growing on a bush that is about 8 feet tall and almost as big wide. The flowers are about 2" across. The wild rose thorns you see in the one photo are not associated with this plant. Taken today (July 15, 2021) in west central Missouri about 20 miles from the Kansas border.

I was out doing farm stuff in the rain and stopped to snap this with my phone camera. My first impression was that these flowers look like disheveled lady parts, but searching with that description seemed like a bad idea.
