Today Is My Birthday

Yup, today on July 8th I'm celebrating my birthday. I have felt this emotion since a week ago considering my age is always increasing and has grown up. So, today is a historic moment for me that I will probably celebrate with some of my family at home because honestly I don't want everyone to know (except here) that it's my birthday today.

"Are you afraid of being thrown with eggs and flour?"

Maybe that's one of them. Honestly, I don't like celebrating birthday surprises like other people do because as we all know eggs have a very fishy smell if they throw 30 eggs at me and mix them with flour which maybe 1kg in total, and soon I will be a crispy fried man. It's a shame to waste eggs and flour, even though these eggs and flour can be used to eat together. You can make egg martabak or simple cakes.

"Speaking of cake, did you celebrate by blowing out the candles and cutting the cake too?"

This year I didn't buy a cake and I didn't blow out the candles because my niece used my candles to make crafts at school 2 months ago. On birthdays when I can earn my own money, I prefer to make food that I can share with my family and some of my neighbors. And the food menu that I always make on my birthday is nasi kuning or yellow rice. And just for info, I bought all of these groceries with my BCH balance which I got here and this is the first time. I bought these groceries not from work in the real life.

"Then, did you invite your whole family and your girlfriend to come celebrate your birthday?"

I wanted to invite my family to come. But they are all busy because they have a lot of work. So I'll just hand it out and deliver the food that has been made to their house. And I don't have a girlfriend, so of course I didn't invite him because I don't have a girlfriend yet.

And ya, I just hope that at my new age, it is still the same as the prayer at my age yesterday, namely "I hope that what I want to achieve can be realized". I hope the people I love like my mother will always be given health and a long life. There are actually other prayers, but I can't write down the contents of this prayer because I'm also confused about how to say it. So the most important thing now is that I hope to be a better person than before.
