The Transition Season Can Make The Body Susceptible To Disease
At the end of June, the change of seasons causes anomaly in temperature and temperature that causes changes in hot and cold weather alternately. At the turn of the seasons, this sudden change in temperature and discomfort causes many people to get sick easily, myself included.
But this dramatic temperature change is not the direct cause of the disease. But it turns out that according to the information I saw on TV yesterday, changes in temperature caused the emergence of a number of types of viruses that developed and caused disease to a number of people. In these cold and dry conditions, the influenza virus will multiply and spread very effectively. Therefore, people tend to get flu during the rainy season.
• Changing Seasons Vulnerable to Allergies and Fever
Summer sickness can occur due to a combination of a number of factors. People who have seasonal allergies like today in my city, may experience runny nose and itchy eyes when they are close to pollen, mold, and sand. Their immune system may be overworked because they react to allergies so they are more susceptible to the spread of the virus. And this case is happening to my brother-in-law.
Even so, sometimes people often mistake their allergies as hay fever. Exposure to a number of things that trigger their allergies can cause problems similar to hay fever and are often thought of as the same thing.
In the situation of Indonesia itself, especially in my city, this seasonal change disease is common when the rainy season shifts to the dry season or vice versa. The temperature that alternates from hot to cold causes many people to often get sick during this changing season.
As for the easy way to avoid the emergence of disease during the changing seasons suggested by many doctors, namely:
Wash hands properly and properly using soap.
Exercising quite a lot.
Eatfoods that are good for the body and of course healthy.
Makesure to sleep regularly with a sleep duration of 6 to 8 hours every night. This is the ideal sleep duration to keep the body in shape.
When the weather is uncertain as it is today, it's a good idea to adjust our healthy lifestyle so we don't get sick easily. Especially in this time of the pandemic which has not yet ended, we will be more susceptible to covid.
