A lot of youths now a days makes a decision that based on what their friend’s decisions or what is the trends that time.

Trends based on Merriam Webster Dictionary is a general movement, current styles or preferences.

A lot of things become trending in just a minute. Especially in social medias or in different platforms in technology. When there’s a new gadget it become trend, new dress or clothes for men and women, new dance or songs. In different types and level there’s always a trend.

In this generation a lot of youth do things what their friends wants them to do. Even in personal decisions, they will also ask their friends.

Decision making about the course or tracks that they will choose. They will depend on what their friends choose and they will choose it too. And when the things become harder a lot of regrets come and they don’t know who will blame because they choose to be there with their friends. They don’t have a choice but to let it go for them to move on.

Decision making about what they will wear. These is one of the common things happen in this generation. They will choose to wear what will pass the standards of their squad. They will choose to wear clothes that will make them in to that group, even if they don’t really like it. Evan if they are not comfortable anymore.

Decision making about who you will be with or who you need to avoid. This happened also in my squads but it changes when we matured step by step. We learned to accept on what are friends wants, who she likes to be with. We just support one another and of course always guide by giving reminders and give some advice that will help them to be stronger. So, don’t you ever decide for others. Let them decide for themselves for them to grow.

Trends in Gadgets (Mobile Phones, Laptops or iPod). A lot of youth pressured their selves to have what others have. Without knowing that they also pressure their parents to find ways to earn money for their wants. Because of online games and social media platforms, youth tend to go with the flow of modernity nowadays. They want to have set of gadgets that contains high specs for them to play mobile games or to have beautiful pictures. Mostly people based their items to what influencers said in their vlogs. Influencers or celebrities endorse many products because of popularity. Their followers tend to buy their products at any cost. Some people use their products as sign of fame or use as popularity. I might say that these era as the modern age is the prime of gadgets because of social media platforms.

To in trends is not bad but always know your limits. Consider yourself and your family. Because you are not the one who will suffer if you push yourself to have what is the trending in the society.
