Leadership is an action of leading a group of people. Every leader has their on way on how to handle their group or the team. And every leader must know what kind of styles they may use base on the group that they will handle.
This are the styles of leading:
Directing, this is the style of a leader when they appointing the things their members must do, when they need it to be done and what resources they will use. This style of leading will not help your members to grow, because they always need to base their work on what the leader's say.
Coaching, this is the style used by a leader who shares a same vision for his member to be more organize. Through this style you can motivate and encourage your team or group that will lead to a good outcome.
Supporting, this style is the most useful style of leadership. Each one of the member will share their thoughts or ideas to the team and they will make a decision as a group. Through this style, your relationship to your team will be in a good state and no one will be left behind.
The last one is Delegating, this style of leadership is usually use by the big companies. The leader trusted their members in making decisions, specially those who have a lot of experience in their work field. This style is commonly use if your member is seniors already, because they have enough knowledge and experience to the assigned work.

Fellowship or Team
People now a days when hearing the world fellowship leads them thinking about church fellowship and they will easily denied it. Without knowing the true meaning of fellowship. So now let's define Fellowship. Fellowship is a group of people who have same interest with. This are the people sharing one's interest in one society. Fellowship is very important to someones life because it will gave them a support system. It will make them feel that they are not alone. They have someone to lean on. A simple fellowship will save life, to those people who have been lost in their way it's a big help.
So you, you must look for a fellowship that will not harm you. A group of people that will truly accept you, a people that can give you support not only through financial but also morally. A fellowship that will help you grow, individually, spiritually and emotionally. Those are the best ones that suits you.
