Everyone wants to be successful in life. We need to urge for something to get in. We have to strive more to get what we have. In order to get what we want we need to perform well everyday. We must observe what were doing for single period of time inorder to improve ourselves in accordance to the dynamics of life. Meaning adaptation to every changes we are facing everyday.
Due to performance these two things comes to my mind. The efficiency and effectiveness of certain people towards different circumstances. These two things misunderstood and maybe mislead everyone maybe it sounds like they're common but they are not for I will shortly elaborate those two words for you and explain why do we need to be efficient and effective as a person.
According to Merriam Webster effectiveness means "doing things right" and efficiency as "doing the right thing" this meaning sounds confusing because it contains similar words composed in different position. Most people think it was the same but it is not.
I will use a scenario in order to elaborate those meanings. We are all beginners from the start as we proceed to the next level of performance or as being human we seek knowledge we are learning on how to do that and this. Effectiveness enters in these stages of life. We must know and seek how to do certain things and express it in our own way. How can we effective? We can be effective by striving to learn more and fastly adopt changes. We must be effective in everyway we must know on how we can learn what we wanna learn fast and apply it on ourselves to develop our skills to dynamics of the world.
After we seek and be effective, we know how to do it, we adopt to the changes, the efficiency will enter. Efficiency sees on how you can maintain yourselves into the level you have. Its the persistent you have to adopt every changes in our life. These stage is where you know a lot about these world what should you do? After you have learn things. Would you be staying on that certain level and being left behind of the changes of the world or you'll be strong enough to go with the flow of these terrible world.
These 2 things is very essential to us in order to be successful it differs in meaning but both essential to us. We must be very adoptable and knowledge seeker to become effective person. And be strong to dace the reality in this world efficiently.
