How do you think humans changed the land?
According to Britannica, the human being, a primate-bearing community listed in the Homo genus, in particular the H species. Yeah. Sapiens. Human beings are identical anatomically and related to the great apes, but are characterized by a brain that is more highly developed and a capacity for expressive speech and abstract thinking. While the Land is the solid surface of the Earth that is not permanently submerged by water, often referred to as dry land. Throughout history, the vast majority of human activity has occurred in land areas that foster agriculture, habitats, and various natural resources.
The act or method of working the soil, planting seeds, and growing edible plants is agriculture. You may also define raising animals as farming for milk or meat. This is one of the common job Filipinos have because of the rich land we have here. Also, because of the growing population the earth’s have, one of the basic needs of humans is shelter. We use the land we have to build a house that can protect use in climate change. But the sad to say those human activities ruins our mother earth.
How have humans changed Earth's natural landscape?
Humans have cut down forests and plowed up prairies for farming and housing. Waterways have been changed for irrigation and to prevent seasonal flooding. Other areas have been less affected by human actions.
Farming is a major cause of climate change and the loss of biodiversity, with the abundance of species having decreased since 1900 by more than 20 percent globally. Diversity in agriculture is no better, as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) estimates that 66 percent of global crop production accounts for just 9 plant species.3.
What is a consequence of turning forested land into farmland or residential land?
The forests provide homes for many organisms. Many forest lands are sloped, which may not be good for either farming or housing. Forests provide oxygen, prevent water runoff and erosion, and store carbon dioxide. In the meantime, more and more local food crops are going towards extinction, replacing them with more marketable staples such as wheat, rice and maize. The scale of the effect of agriculture can be attributed to the effects of humanity on changes in the ground surface: Human activity has substantially altered more than 70% of the Earth's surface and two-thirds of the aquatic ecosystem. Arable land and grazing pastures occupy one-third of the surface of the Era.

Arable land and grazing pastures occupy one-third of the surface of the Earth's land and use three-quarters of the dwindling freshwater resources of the planet.
The saddest human activities that ruin our land are the deforestation and illegal lagging. Wherein they totally remove the trees to have space for a building or an establishment. People become selfish when it comes to business that they forgot to think about the effects of their business to the Earth. Human abuse the landscape that even the mountains that we must take a good care becomes one of the victims of human selfishness. The beautiful mountains become awful because of the illegal lagging activity.
Forested Land are those habitats that have a 10 percent or more tree crown density (crown closure percentage) and are stocked with trees that are capable of growing wood or other wood products. This includes land on which fewer than 10 per cent of trees have been removed, but not built for other uses. Farm Land is a land that is used for farming or is necessary while the Residential land is residential ground, which ensures that families and individuals can use it for private housing. It's possible to build both single-family and multifamily homes on residential property. This includes condominiums and apartments.
Residential is a form of zoning that varies greatly from properties zoned as commercial, industrial or agricultural, and its requirements/uses.

When the Forested Land becomes a Farm or Residential land everyone of us may suffer because lot of trees and wild animals lives in forest. Trees help us in many ways, it helps us protect from the possible flood, trees minimize the pollution that people made. Trees protects us from the high degree of sunlight. Trees are use for our daily needs. And wildlife helps us to sustain the eco-logical balance of our nature. Carnivore killing contributes to a rise in the number of herbivores that in turn affect the forest vegetation, so they come out of the forest to farm land and destroy our crops due to lack of food in the forest. That’s why we need to protect and gave importance to our forest it have a big role in human’s life.
