Christmas is Coming

Christmas is nearer and it is almost 19 days left!

Christmas is the day when our Jesus Christ was born. The fact that this day was really special day for everyone. All years have passed we celebrate with our loved ones, friends and families the Christmas Day but I know everyone of us questioning ourselves about how we celebrate Christmas Day this year 2020? Year of pandemic?

3 Ways how we celebrate our Christmas Day despite of this Covid-19 Pandemic:

1. Attending Christmas Day Mass Online

Even we can-t go physically and personally to church, we all know that still there are online masses will celebrate the day of our Jesus Christ born. We can attend online mass with our family loved ones. This is one of the way how we show ti our God how we are really grateful and blessed the while year despite of all dilemmas that we suffered this year.

2. Exchanging Gifts with your family

Exchanging gifts is the routine of every Filipino, every people every Christmas but one of the event we have is Christmas party that we are sure that will not happen this year but beyond this we can still celebrate Christmas parties with our humble homre with our loved ones and families. We can exchange gifts personally or if we talk about gifts we can gift to our family by hugging them, saying thank you to them and feel the love to them. And i think that is one of the symbol of Christmas, it is the love.

3. Call Virtually your friends and relatives

There are lot of ways how we show love and how we greet our loved ones Merry Christmas and this way is through virtually. We can chat them or video call them and greet them, even it is just small things but still we show how we love and remember them during Christmas Day.

Anyways, let us have some realizations..

What 2020 Christmas Day really wants to tell us?

For me this year Christmas Day really wants to tell us 5 things.

1. Little things matter

2. Be contented.

3. Spread Love.

4. Have Joy in our hearts

5. Have hope for the next year.

3rd, 4th and 5th: We continue spread love, joy and hope in our hearts.

Despite of all disaster we realized we saw a lot of people who always showing love and care to other people by giving goods and helping small things that can help to uplift and start again. We should have joy in our hearts and also we should hoping to have a good and amazing next year 2021.

I know we suffer a lot this year, continue be grateful and be blessed because 2020 will end and yet here we are striving and surviving, and think of that, it is one of the best gift we had that God gave to us during Christmas and to our whole life.
