The first time you open your eyes in the morning, smiling and thinking positive thoughts will help you to keep motivated. Smiling will help you to be in a good mood. And it will strengthen our immune system.
Pray
This is the step that a lot of people forget to do. Before standing up to your bed take some time to pray. Be thankful to God for waking you up. Be thankful for another day that full of opportunity and second chances. Always seek guide from above because we never knew what will happen for the whole day. And not everyone has a chance to be awake.
Clean Your Bed
Cleaning your bed before going outside your room will help you to feel encourage to do another task. Because cleaning your bed is the first task you would encounter in the morning.
Brush your Teeth and Scrape your tongue
Brushing your teeth after you wake up is healthier than brushing teeth after eating breakfast. Because there are bacteria you gain while sleeping. Brushing will help us protect our teeth from the sugars and acids that we can get from the breakfast.
Scraping our tongues will help us to have a fresh breath because the bacteria under our tongue is the one who cause our bad breaths. It will help us to have a good taste bud. Boost our immunity and we will have a healthier tooth.
Drink Warm water with Lemon
Drinking warm water without lemon is also okay. But drinking it with a lemon is healthier. Because drinking water with a lemon will help us stimulates our liver and kidney. Also, it will give a lot of vitamin C and make our skin look young and healthy.
Do a Stretching Routine
Doing stretching will wake up all our muscle from sleeping and also it will increase our blood flow in our muscles. Doing yoga in the morning will help our body, mind and breath function together for the whole day.
Meditate Yourself
Meditating will help us to reduce stress. It will help our mind to function well. Through meditating you can build a strong emotional stability. And preventing illness.
Eat a Healthy Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. So, don’t try to skip it. Healthy breakfast will help our body and mind to function well. It will help us to increase our energy doing more task in a day.
