Why he got imprisoned? Last April 23, Around 9am the DSWD and SAP conduct distribution of money for qualified residents.
Mr. Bertolito is 76 yrs.old is legitimate leaving of that resident, but he's not on the list from one who got qualified from(SAP) Social Amelioration Program of our government.
He's expecting it and use it for his medication for his diabetes and hypertension. And to buy foods for he's family.
And also over year 2019 he did not receive the social pension for senior cetizen of their resident, in charge of DSWD.
That's why he got angry and lost he's temper,that's why he got imprisoned.
Many of us know that senior citizens are got easily irritated or they have short tempered. And also he also have depression, because March 2020 he's youngest son died.
He have a kitchen knife that time, and the cops put him in jail instantly, he beg for forgiveness because he's not that kind of man and he got angry because they had nothing to eat.
He's family also talk to DSWD and begging for forgiveness, because the DSWD file a case. But they did not listen.
Do u think this is right ? Yes we all know that what he did is wrong but everybody deserve a second chance, he's to old for that and he's sick. The DSWD force him to that,there not doing correctly their job.
This is the infact if covid-19 there are people dying in hunger,many of them do bad things, just to make sure they can eat.just to make sure there family were not get hungry,I want to cry if I see situation like this, if I'm rich now ? I will give all people food. But I'm not 😔it's so sad that I could do nothing for them.
But this is the Reality.
it is very sad story. At 76 years there is no chance to start a "new life" and government is keep kinking him down, thats how many countries show "respect" to old humans which is very sad coz his not the only one in this situation at planet earth, thank you - SirPotato
