An Intelligent Educator VS A Great One

A quote says "Education is the key to success" but how can every student overcomes academic struggles if there are educators who only sees them as money source? I do not generalized every educators but sad to say, they exist.

Educators who are good in the field they're in can be characterized as intelligent educators. They want their students to have good grades as the others who excel and proficient on their subject without realizing that every child has its own capabilities and not everyone have the same level of cooping skills. We are not travelling on the same paths but if we are, then we do not have the same struggles and obstacles to overcome on our paths.

Someone who believed on their student's unique traits and talents are the great educators. They helped students excel on their own way not on the way the educator wanted to. Giving considerations with acceptable reasons are being validated. These educators are what every schools needed if they are looking for a real development in the future.

There are a lot of students who excels on academic and non-academic activities but ended up nothing because of educators who are intelligent but not great.
