Founding time and number of members: Established on June 3, 2016, the platform currently (until June 03, 2019) has 16,247 volunteer members working tirelessly to achieve BD Clean's goals.
Aim: BD Clean's main goal is to build a clean and germ-free Bangladesh by raising public awareness of the use of dustbins to change the mindset or habit of throwing garbage everywhere.
Objective: The main objective of BD Clean is to establish Bangladesh as one of the cleanest countries in the world and to set an example of ideal good citizen to every citizen of Bangladesh.
Proposed period for achieving the target: Divisional stage start: July 2018 • District stage start: July 2018 শুরু Upazila stage start: July 2019 • Village stage start: July 2020. Final March 26, 2021 Clean Bangladesh Declaration.
Characteristics of BD Clean Members: Performing constitutional civic duties is one of the characteristics of all members of BD Clean. All the members of BD Clean are always striving for the reputation of Bangladesh in the world court. Free from greed, violence and hatred, every member of BD Clean respects each other. No member blames each other or the state for avoiding civic responsibilities.Every member of BD Clean believes in abiding by all the laws prevailing in the country and not in enforcing the law. In addition, every member who is always active in humanity and service to the country is a unique example in maintaining the unity and discipline of the country. In a word, every member of BD Clean is an ideal good citizen of Bangladesh and the whole world.
