Starlink, a satellite company of the US space agency SpaceX, is going to launch this facility. The company has signed an agreement with the airline JSX in this regard.

Under the agreement, Starlink will set up terminals on aircraft of 100 companies. Due to the satellite broadband connection, on the one hand, high-speed internet will reach remote areas of the world, on the other hand, passengers will have the opportunity to use high-speed internet at a lower cost than before on commercial aircraft.

In a 2021 tweet, SpaceX chief executive Elon Musk said that Starlink had begun negotiations with several airlines to sign Internet service agreeservice.

In a statement, the airline JSX said that once the satellite internet facility is launched, JSX will not charge passengers extra for internet access on the aircraft. You will not need any login to use internet service.

According to a Reuters report, SpaceX has obtained special permission from the United States Federal Communications to provide Internet service on the aircraft. It is learned that SpaceX has already started experimental use of Starlink satellite internet in two aircraft.
