Every time you take a step into the unknown, you experience fear. There is no point in saying 'when I am no longer afraid, then I will do it. ' you will be waiting for a long time! The fear is part of the package. The exercise help you to move forward despite the fear. They will help you do it anyway, it will allow you to see things in new and powerful way.

With each step you take into the unknown territory, a pattern of strength develops. You begin to feel stronger and stronger and stronger.
