Going Through Life Without A Plan.

Deep Thoughts

I have sat today, in deep meditation and reflection and I have realized that, you can't go through life without a plan.

Every single minute of your day, should be dedicated to something. Do you plan to rest from so time to so time? do you plan to go out? Etc etc.

We are always in motion, both mind and body and if you haven't instructed your mind and body on what the plans for the rest of the day are, you would ultimately gallop through the day being distracted by sound, pictures, whispers and your own thought.

Life, ironically is always viewed in big images, the big picture. Your accomplishments, your titles, your material possessions and so on. But life, life is about the little things. Yeah, life is how you sleep at night, how you wake up, what you do right after you wake up, what you do right after that and right after that.

Do you wake up and the only thoughts you have is the thoughts of retiring for the day? No in-betweens?

If your day has many blank in-betweens, then you end up being a vessel of other people's plans. Yes, because you have failed to plan and budget your time, other people are gonna steal it and use it to facilitate their own agenda, and you are gonna aid them, with a smile on your face.

When you have planned your time, you'd rarely allow people misuse it. Same is true when you have your mind occupied with productive thoughts, you'd hardly fall victim to negative influence, peer pressure and psychological coercion, because you already have a lot going on in your head.

Being Influenced Without Knowing It.

People are usually victims of their environment because either by choice or by chance, their environment is the only source of education and socialization they got, so they soak up as much as they can.

If you are a person of mind A by nature and you spend every passing day with 3 other people of mind B by nature/nurture, it's just a matter of time before your mind starts bending to initially a hybrid of A to ultimately full-blown B.

This writeup is about influence. About what influences you when you fail to influence yourself.

When you leave yourself exposed, you risk being influenced by forces stronger than your own. These forces may come with little doses of their drugs, giving you tiny droplets, one drop at a time, but overtime, over a long period of time, you become fully enclosed.

What energy are you exposing yourself to? Is it good energy? Close your eyes and meditate. Is this energy good for you or were you told to believe the energy is good for you.

A Lone Time With Yourself Helps You Tune In.

The human spirit is very strong, self policing and intuitive. When something isn't right, the alarm bell usually rings, but how loud is it, has to do with how much you have numbed it down.

Always spend time with yourself, nourish your soul with a few hours of deliberate solitude, meditate and reflect.

The more you spend these deliberate times of solitude, times of meditation and reflection, with yourself, the stronger your intuition gets.

A container can only be occupied by a single entity when it is totally empty, and a content can not be fully diluted if it is of the best quality.

Occupy your mind with contents of your own making and strengthen these contents with deliberate solitude, meditation and reflection.
